  I have been with Nelson Kelley / Allstate for 16 years, pay 6 months in advance, have multiple policies, don't think I've ever filed a claim etc. My life is busy and complicated. Somehow I missed the e-mails (2, one that said renewal documents and another that said it was a bill) about my auto policy being due and I never opened the 1 letter about this until it was too late. It's my bad, but the fact that there's no way for me to reinstate my insurance, and that I didn't get another e-mail on this or a phone call is just unacceptable. A long time ago I felt like this business cared about my business, not the case anymore. I'm moving my homeowners policy elsewhere today to match my auto. Really disappointed in the service here.

  Not a happy camper. I decided to have my homeowners insurance and my car insurance with you and as a result my car insurance went up $12.85. I had only 1 car at this time and was paying the same amount for 2 months and then I get a bill in Nov. saying It went up because I had 2 cars when I only had the one and was getting a discount. I pay more now for just 1 car. I guess that's life but I'm sure not happy about it. Lynda Hill
