  This company was referred to me and in the beginning I had a very great rate but I noticed the communication was not right. I was receiving multiple emails from three different companies saying different things related to my car. Rita is not professional and she failed to realize that she communicated through text. My policy ended up canceling but something was up because she kept asking to take my payment but the amounts were not aligning and information was incorrect. She never called and kept pushing it further back. I never made a payment through app because it was not correct as she said she would fix. My policy canceled and all she could say was feel free to find coverage. Well I think before we treat customers a certain way we have to learn how to handle things because my reviews go far and I’m definitely big on reporting unfair business. I hope someone fixes the issues but for Rita and her unprofessional issues. I will report and inform BBB UNLESS issues are fixed. Please stop getting in customer service and thinking because everything is over the phone that it gives you freedom to treat and do what you want.
