- RRRDAJan 7, 20261.0State Farm customer for 20+ years across multiple states and agents. My car was parked and unoccupied and got totaled by a drunk driver. I happened to have electronics in it. Despite my car being destroyed, Colin wanted physical evidence that my electronics had been destroyed as well. (Keep in mind, we're talking about things like PCs which can be destroyed by simply dropping them.) He demanded that I pay to have them taken to a "pro" (who, ironically, had less education and experience than I do) OR bring them physically to his office for "examination". Since I'd chucked everything except my PC (in a vain attempt to get data off the HDD), I had no electronics to bring by. Now, the key electronics had already been photographed on-site by police due to being hurled from my car and laying in the parking lot, but that wasn't good enough--after all, it could be someone else's PC in the parking lot, I suppose. Yes, Colin fought so hard on behalf of State Farm that I hope they gave him a medal. P.S.--His staff are the primary reason he has such a high rating online. They create fake accounts and then make fake reviews (at least that's what the staff said off the record when I asked why his ratings are so high.)
