  I have been with Allstate for about 20 years now. I decided to reach out to Gregory Jones agency because my old agency was being dismissive to my Insurance needs. Sitting down with Mr. Jones was a breath of fresh air. I have never sat down with an agent that is as knowledgeable and competent as Mr. Jones. This guy knows his stuff!! The savings that he found for me were huge and the knowledge and understanding that he gave me were even more beneficial. His agency has provided me with excellent customer service and I look forward to working with him in the future!! Thank you so much for your time!!

  Although Gregory has been pleasant to work with. What I am unhappy about is the incompetence of the Allstate team as I moved from Florida to Virginia and therefore switched from Florida to Virginia. I had automatic withdrawal set up as to incentivize people it is a $300 savings. I will never allow this again as both Virginia and Florida pulled funds out of my account and Florida withdrew nearly 3 thousand dollars. It has been over a week as funds were taken out of my account in error and I still have not been refunded! This is not ok and this should have been reversed immediately! Funny how insurance companies want their payments on time or they cancel you. The only reason I have a 2 star is because Gregory has been kind, but I’m still not seeing the results I should have. But overall, I would give zero stars as if they truly cared about their customers this would have been resolved in a 24 hour period.
