My premium increase drastically and no one at the time could give me a straight answer as to why. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that I could look else where for other insurance, so I did. I called to cancel my policy.I spoke with a new person Kat Adkins who was nice and very professional and very concerned about why I was leaving them. But, with her positive attitude I assured her I would call back in 6 months before my policy renews with this other company. Hopefully, she will still be there. Mr. Jones you need to keep her she's great and you probably won't lose any customers if she talks them. Thank you for caring Kat!
