  When I had an active account through them everything was fine. When my renewals for my condo and auto policy came around both costs increased significantly (the cost of my condo policy increased by almost $250). When I asked I was told that is just what the price is. I was able to switch to another large insurer via a independent agency which saved me over $300 in comparison to my renewal prices. All of my negotiation and cancellation with Claudia’s Allstate happened via email with on representative on her team. 4 months after I had cancelled, out of the blue, I received a letter from collection agency saying I owed Allstate money. I emailed Allstate to clarify and was told I did owe money which I paid in the spot. Allstate had all my contact information and I had been working with them directly to close my account so I would assume they could have told me I owed money instead of using a collections agency. It seems like bad organization, communications, and customer service.

  Hi Claudia I’m taking the chance to review your service on my car insurance To start with you never took my call when I needed help to transfer my policy from MD to VA and finally some one with the name Frank Vargas helped me out with the transfer But also not so happy with the high cost of the difference between my MD payment you guys charging me double of what I use to paid in MD so I’m looking for better deal some where of course I will let your company know before head Thanks anyway .
