I got to the office on Friday, and I bought insurance for my car and my house. Erick listened and helped me with me problem, because , the insurance company that I had before was terrible in customer service .

- HTHat TheinOct 14, 20224.0Great service as long as your the one calling. Paid for 6 months up front. 2 weeks later, I had to call to get an electronic insurance ID. Then I get my paper copy a week later. Then..... I receive a bill for said 6 month payment due on the 7th of October which I received on the 11th! Now I'm told I have a rebate coming for paying 6 months in advance and maintaining a good driving record thru drivewise. Wonder when that will come? Other than that, so far, so good. I will be calling soon. Sincerely, Hat
