My mother had been having issues with her billing through Allstate, so she went and spoke with them and seemed to take care of the issue. Not really the case. While she was there she wanted to make sure she was getting the best pricing. Well, all they seemed to say was the only way to pay less was by lowering coverage. She actually did and it still didn't make that much of a difference. After all of this my mother decided to go to another agency...turns out she got better coverage for less money...they were overcharging her almost double what she should have been paying for homeowners. Called office to cancel and David decided to give my mom lip about how she could have done this and that blaming everything on her. Glad to be done with this agency.
