- LALisa Ashbaugh1 day ago1.0I would leave a zero if possible! I notified Rex Stiltner's office, an Allstate agent from Lebanon, Va. on March 23rd 2026 of my mother's passing and then again on March 27th and the lady said they were never notified on the 23rd and I asked her if I needed to do anything further to make sure the car insurance policy was cancelled and she said no. Well just to make sure it was cancelled on April 11th I called the Customer Service line and they said that its not cancelled and to call the agent!!! YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE AND AGAIN IF YOU TRY TO CHARGE MY DECEASED MOTHER MONEY FOR A POLICY THAT WAS TO BE CANCELLED ON THE 23RD OF MARCH I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!!!
