  I wouldn't recommend going with Allstate. The agents are nice, but the experience when your family actually needs help is horrible. We've been loyal customers of Allstate for many years for both auto and home. We've had very few auto claims. However, my wife unfortunately hit a deer last month when driving our primary vehicle. Our experience since then has been HORRIBLE! Our Allstate adjuster has told us lies about our options that everyone else we talk to confirms are misinformation. His primary goal seems to be to help us as little as possible and charge us and the body shop for as much as possible. We are without our primary family vehicle and Allstate is the absolute opposite of helpful. Go with another company.

  Had a good experience with all state insurance haven't got my safe driving rewards cheque yet. Tried reaching out a couple of times but was informed that due to postal delays it might be the case. Still doesn't make sense for the delay of 2 months or more as to why I didn't receive it yet
