    To be fair, this review may be more of an 80% State Farm as a whole, 20% location kinda deal. I should have stayed with Geico. State Farm was actually more that Geico, but the selling point was not having to make 2 separate payments for the bike and the cars. For starters, STATE FARM HOLDS YOUR HAND WAY TOO MUCH! Some people may call it being personable, but it gets frustrating really quick depending on your needs. I HATE calling the office! I'd rather be able to do things on the app or website like a normal company! Want to add a car? Gotta call the office. Want to change coverages? Gotta call the office. Want to make a partial payment? Gotta call the office. Speaking of payments, processing payments is HORRIBLE if you're behind. You CANNOT make a partial payment if you're behind. If you run into some extra money and want to slowly chop down that bill, you can't. Either have all the money or don't pay.  Not only that, you HAVE to be routed to your policy's location. You just can't speak to any customer service rep. That is an absolute pain if your location is short staffed or has an employee that has no idea what they're doing. They seem to REALLY love that life insurance too!! I let my mine cancel because I no longer needed it since I got it elsewhere, but no matter how many times I let it cancel, it STILL manages to become active again. If you're one of those, "700+ credit score guys who are well off and have a perfect driving record warranting a low rate, never has to check their bank account, doesn't mind calling the office, having sidebar conversations with the employees about your vacation in the Bahamas", then you're probably right at home. If you're just a regular guy making a living getting by, just trying to live, this is NOT the insurance company for you. Also, if you don't like talking to people and prefer doing things with an app, this is also NOT a company for you. S/N, they love to remind you about your payment being past due when you call in voicing your frustrations with the payment structure. It almost feels like their "GOTCHA!" moment. Trust me, this isn't a sour grapes review. This is just a review for people who are in the market for insurance who are like me who may need a friendly warning about what you're going to get. I'm sure the employees are swell people. This company is just not meant for everyone. I pay more than I did with Geico and it's actually more of a hassle than it's worth. Definitely will be switching back.  Besides, my cars are ALLLL 15 years old and older and I haven't had a speeding ticket in YEARS. There's no reason my car insurance should be more than a car payment. The fact that they've taken so much money from me without having to spend ANY themselves on me is insulting....but then again....that's ALL insurance companies. Essentially you're speding money on a "maybe"....
