  My mother died 2 1/2 years ago they were told to take her name off of the insurance they did not!! They refused to change it. I also let them know that it is illegal to keep it in a dead person‘s name. I had to cancel the policy to get her name removed. These people are trifling do not get insurance with them if you don’t want serious later !!! Ps I could’ve made it a hell of a lot worse for them by Turning them in to the bureau of insurance. It’s not worth my time and it’s not worth my time dealing with people who don’t care!!
