  I loathe comparing home and auto insurance rates every year and switching to avoid unnecessarily pricey renewal rates, but my representative Jamie Latino made the process so enjoyable. She understood my concerns and moved quickly to get me rates much better than my former insurance agency. She was patient when I needed to look information up or didn’t fully understand a question. Just a customer service star. Should I need anything related to my policy coming up, I know she’ll be easy to chat with and that puts my mind at ease.
