  I am a 63 yr old who has a perfect driving record. I have taken and did all the things required to lower my premiums. My car is driven less than 50 miles a week. Yet I still pay over 600.00 dollars every 6 mos. I feel this is an outrageous amount for a retired person who rarely drives. I believe that this rate is way too high for someone like me.

  Ms. Casie was awesome. She found out had things against my account of the same thing. That no one else was even interested in. She has a great attitude and make you feel like family. I just love how she make you feel loved.

  Long story short after 15 years with another insurer, a huge rate hike out the blue, we had enough. So we decided to give Allstate a try, still on the fence I may add. After online quotes and calls from call centers we decided to reach out locally as you cannot beat local brick and mortar service. So Anna set us up with Jessie Melcher. After speaking with Jessie we were sold, no longer on the fence. She worked flawlessly, thoroughly, and quick, but efficient to get us where we needed to be. She got us what we wanted great coverage, great prices, and provided excellent customer service. She was honest and a pleasure to speak with. She went over all the options and made sure we got what we needed and were happy. There was no pushy sales tactics, just good honest customer service and letting us make the decision based on what was laid out in front of us. Highly recommend her, Anna, and Allstate if you are in the market. Thanks Jessie you are a rockstar!
