Decidí cambiarme de seguro sin importar pagar más por la forma de ser de ellos repugnantes te responden de la mala gana cuando les llamas por hacer alguna pregunta oh algún cambio. resulta que meses después me llegan cobros y les llamé para que me solucionaran por qué fue error de ellos que no hicieron lo que tenía que hacer, de mi parte yo envié toda la información que me pedieron de la cancelación incluso mi nuevo seguro les envío la cancelación todo lo que necesitaba y ellos no finalizaron lo que tenían q hacer. Ahora por ellos estoy en colección por negligencia de ellos. Llamo y llamo no me resuelven nada me dicen que me van a regresar la llamada y an pasado más de dos meses y sigo esperando la llamada de ellos. Muy decepcionado la verdad estoy seguro que esto le a pasado a más personas con ellos. Así mucho cuidado con esta agencia.
