While there, we also took the opportunity to review my home and auto policies to ensure I was covered appropriately. - AGanne gNov 18, 20255.0My husband and I met with Susie Rivera in the Fairfax office of Allstate Insurance Company on November 17, 2025. We did not have an appointment, but we had a question about our homeowners insurance policy and we live near by so we visited the Allstate office. She greeted us and asked how we were doing and how she could help us. We explained why we were there and she pulled up our policy. Susie reviewed it and made the change that was needed. We asked about our policy and our payments and deductible. She thoroughly explained everything and realized we needed to make changes that we knew nothing about. Once we finished with our homeowners policy we asked about our auto policy. Susie reviewed it with us and alerted us to changes that could be made. We left her office feeling very satisfied. I would highly recommend Susie Rivera at the Fairfax office.
