  Darryl Graham is worthless! He won’t return my calls OR answer my emails. I have been with Allstate for over 30 years and I’m switching to USAA!

  The agent (young lady) was very polite and knowledgeable about my insurance Issue. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted on automobile policy. Thanks very much Melvin C.

  Unable to talk with someone at actual agency in Virginia. They refused to identify where they are located or which country. Foreign and broken English. So happy I was calling to cancel insurance, not acquiring new insurance. House sold and no longer needed!

  Wouldn’t give them even a star. Can never be reached when called no matter what the day or business hour. Allstate also will not let you speak to a live person when you call customer service.
