  Allstate is terrible. Had to file a home owners claim due to my roof getting damaged. These guys sent me the estimate to repair a literal 5' x 5' gaping hole in my roof and related water intrusion damage, and the estimate only included $480 for roof repairs. $480 total for parts and labor. I got quotes to repair the damage from 3 separate roofing companies and the lowest quote I got was $1900. You'd be better off just not having home owners insurance. They make you feel like you're protected and then when you need them they hang you out to dry. Stay far away from Allstate

  The Declan Kelly Allstate Office is first class. They always exceed my expectations and make us feel like family. They are a breath of fresh air and personable to deal with. This is becoming more rare in business. Thanks for valuing human to human communication!!!!

  I have had very good experiences with Declan Kelly: Allstate. Always very helpful, polite, great customer service. Have always steered me in the right direction. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
