I got a notice that we were late on our payment so I called in immediately and made a double payment and were verbally told there would be no gap in coverage also put our card on file in case there were further issues/or charges. Well my husband went to renew our tags and couldn’t because we had a gap in coverage and needed to pay a thousand dollar fine! Long story short they backpedaled and cancelled our coverage and refunded a future’s bill the difference which we were never made aware of and never authorized such!! I’ve addressed Hunter Wyant and the ceo general email no help or accountability at all!!! Extremely Disappointed and Need to Forewarn Others!!!!
