  I've had a great experience with my Allstate agent Alice Miller. It's like a good neighbor for sure more like family. Always respectful and professional. Answers all my concerns and issues that come up and puts my mine at ease. No hidden secrets later on down the road. Thanks so much for your dedication and service. I've had many agents in my over 60 years of insurance but your company has been the best. Thank you.

  I have been working with the Alice Miller Team for 3 years now. I came to them on the recommendation of my friend who has been insuring her property with them for 20 years. Professionals work here for whom the interests of clients are really important. Thank you for the individual approach, support and respect.

  Unfortunately I have young adult children who are still learning their best driving skills and yet whenever needed I have been able to reach out to get the assistance needed from Allstate and all the helpful staff.

  I've had this AllState Co/Location for more than 30 yrs, for Auto, Home Owner's, and at one point Renter's Insurance. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. It's stress-free when I call, and I love talking to Carrie-Ann; she asks how the family is doing, she remembers my adult kids that live with me, and what's going on in my life, etc. She knows I'm on a fixed budget, so she's always giving me options on how to get additional coverage, and/or maintain coverage, but to where I can afford it, so I still have money for food/necessities/etc.. Most Insurance Agents pressure you, to get the most out of you, but another part of Customer Service is "how can I make things easier, to keep you for another 30 years". They need to clone her to make her the standard in Insurance Customer Service. So 5-stars to this AllState location and Carrie-Ann.
