  I would never use Allstate again. I said never again before but this latest cut was deep. They tell me that 2 or 3 roof shingles that have a gap the distance of a pen must be replaced or repaired. The call me and tell me this as we are now in winter. You don’t go up on roofs in winter. They call me threatening me that if I don’t have these 2 or 3 shingles fixed by a certain date I will be cancelled. Wait I am paying them to threaten me? Don’t let companies threaten you after you pay them for a service they have never ever spent a dime into my home. I wish I could give them a -10 but it is what it is.
