    Joe Catalani was the AllState agent I spoke with, and he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, listened to me. I’d been dealing with corporate voices on the phone, at my previous company, and was frustrated and angry at their lack of “humanness”. Just by taking time to talk to me, Mr. Catalani made me an instant fan.I recommend him wholeheartedly.

    Policies steadily increase at an alarming rate without even without claims. Homeowners Insurance premium seems to increase each renewal without a reasonable justification. Auto insurance rates and premium keeps going up at almost every 6 month renewal. The staff are good. Coverage is good. Financially though they are increasing their rates too frequently and without a reasonable justification at all making it almost unaffordable.

    My family has been at Trip Tribble's Allstate Insurance for 20+ years. Once I turned 18 & started looking for my own insurance I compared rates. Trip's rates always beat other companies by far! Also, their customer service is fantastic & they are always willing to take the extra step to explain or help figure out the best possible outcome for you. Highly recommend! If I hadn't moved to Florida I would still have my insurance through them.
