I’d been dealing with corporate voices on the phone, at my previous company, and was frustrated and angry at their lack of “humanness”. Just by taking time to talk to me, Mr. Catalani made me an instant fan.I recommend him wholeheartedly.
- RCRay CarterOct 4, 20253.0Policies steadily increase at an alarming rate without even without claims. Homeowners Insurance premium seems to increase each renewal without a reasonable justification. Auto insurance rates and premium keeps going up at almost every 6 month renewal. The staff are good. Coverage is good. Financially though they are increasing their rates too frequently and without a reasonable justification at all making it almost unaffordable.
