  Wendy's team called me in to review a life insurance policy reaching its term. They told me I could roll it into a new policy with a new term for less than the renewal amount and it would be simple and quick. While we were processing the paperwork I got the bill for my existing policy and they advised me NOT to pay it based on the replacement we were processing. While it was still processing, I got a notice of cancellation on the old policy that said pay or quit. I again asked them about it, they assured me not to pay it because my new policy was almost complete. The new policy was rejected. My old policy got cancelled. Wendy's team told me to submit a request to get it re-instated and it would "breeze right through". Two months later I got a rejection on the reinstatement later. When I called and demanded answers I was promised it would be resolved in a week. I've moved all communication to email to they have since continued to promise "they will fix immediately" and then never call me back, never fix the problem. I am now 7 months without the life insurance policy I once had due to their negligence. Fortunately for me this was a backup policy so I will be OK, but YOU may not be so lucky. Avoid at all cost. If they give you advice, get a second opinion.
