I called his office in a bit of a panic due to experiencing a problem with another insurance company. I assumed that calling a large company, like State Farm, I would be handled more robotically. To my surprise, it was quite opposite. Michael spoke to me as if I was a family member or friend. He listened and cared about the problem and immediately started forming options for a solution. Everything was explained in detail, and he was very welcoming to my questions. His level of customer service should be adopted worldwide. What started off as a stressful morning, ended in relief and satisfaction because of Michael. I am very grateful and look forward to continuing working with him and State Farm.
