- HHHashFeb 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. My premium was unexpectedly increased from $322 to $414 in the middle of an active policy without a clear explanation. When I contacted customer service for clarification, I did not receive a proper response, and instead of resolving the issue, my policy was canceled. This lack of transparency and customer support is extremely unprofessional. Policyholders deserve clear communication, billing accuracy, and respectful handling of concerns. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I called his office in a bit of a panic due to experiencing a problem with another insurance company. I assumed that calling a large company, like State Farm, I would be handled more robotically. To my surprise, it was quite opposite. Michael spoke to me as if I was a family member or friend. He listened and cared about the problem and immediately started forming options for a solution. Everything was explained in detail, and he was very welcoming to my questions. His level of customer service should be adopted worldwide. What started off as a stressful morning, ended in relief and satisfaction because of Michael. I am very grateful and look forward to continuing working with him and State Farm.
