She was not like the regular sales person who calls, but instead had a tone of thoughtfulness and caring in her voice that encouraged us to discuss the rates with her. She gave us a quote that beat our current insurance and also a reduction on our homeowner’s policy! Maria stayed professional and personable on the two calls we had with her. It is because of her gentle tone on the call that we made the decision to cancel our old policy and go with State Farm! What a pleasure it was to work with Maria! Many thanks!
