  Oh thank goodness for Wendy (Man Lin Cheng)!! The Allstate agency I worked with for 35 years was sold and I felt I was in limbo. Wendy to the rescue! I had to make some changes to my homeowner's policy that were a bit complicated. She researched the matter and came back with a solution that is saving me almost $100/month in premium! Thank you so much, Wendy! I feel again like I'm in good hands because of you!

  I was shocked to find out my policy had been automatically cancelled without any notice — I only discovered it when I logged into the app to check my Drivewise. I called this office since they were the last ones I spoke with, and the receptionist told me it was "central" that canceled the policy. They transferred me to the central office, who then informed me they couldn’t reinstate it and that I would need to start a new policy. I called this branch back for help setting up a new policy, only to be told they couldn’t help me either — apparently, I now need 6 months of continuous coverage, even though I’ve been a customer for years. I’m now stuck shopping for auto insurance completely on my own. The lack of communication, professionalism, and support from this office is truly baffling. I expected better after years of loyalty. If you're considering this branch for your insurance needs, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere — they’ll leave you stranded when you need help the most.

  Don’t go to this insurance company. Worse branch in the market. Management is horrible, agents are great. Don’t get fooled.
