While renewing our rental policy, the declaration had some stale information that had to be updated. In the process, our national management company made it difficult to revise the information, urging us all the while to change insurance to a company apparently owned by or related to our landlord. Both Brita Frost and Deborah Palmer worked diligently to rectify the confusion with good humor and grace. While the rental coverage issue was being worked out, I had a minor automobile accident— a bout with a concrete pole in our apartment’s garage. Both Brita and Deborah stepped in to facilitate the claim, helped with selecting a body shop, and connected us with State Farm’s loss reporting center to finish the preparation for what I expect to be a satisfactory outcome with the car.
