Welcome to the Azzy Abu-Omar State farm Agency. Prior to becoming a State Farm Agent, I was working with State Farm agents for 22+ years, in Canada and USA. I'm originally born in Egypt, Raised Canadian and relocated to Northern Virginia 8 years ago. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children, 12, 8 and 4 years old.My dream was to open an agency to help strengthen our local community by providing insurance needs across the spectrum and help continue to grow State Farm a household name. - SASammar Abueldoleh3 days ago1.0Where do I begin? The only thing this office wants is money. I moved from Portland, OR to Alexandria, VA looking to continue with State Farm. I initially got a plan with them and paid my monthly premium. Less than a month into it, I get a letter stating things changed and suddenly my monthly premium went up by more than $60. When I tried to resolve the issue, no one in the office seemed to care despite me going in twice in person. When the issue wasn’t resolved and I couldn’t get an answer from this office, I switched to Geico as a result starting in August and did not continue with State Farm. Fast forward to now (End of November…..haven’t been a customer since August 11 as my policy with Geico started August 12) and now this office wants me to pay a past due balance. Past due balance for what? My monthly premium was on automatic payment until I switched to Geico. Seems like this office just wants to nickel and dime its customers even when they’re no longer customers.
