- ACA ChengFeb 26, 20262.0Anh Nguyen’s practice is so-so. Not great, not terrible and as one reviewer said below, is more of a client churning factory. I had a terrible experience with Carina and pretty much everything she did was done incorrectly. Thankfully Carina is no longer with them, but no one had reached out to remedy her mistakes after the fact. You get assigned a different representative for every case, and it’s difficult to actually get ahold of Anh. The account reps in general are nice and once I was reassigned to Justin things were mostly smooth sailing. The reps are really good if there are no unexpected issues along the way, but I noticed that they are not as good at handling difficult issues. I ended up switching to a much smaller practice where the agent does all of the customer interaction and proactively identifies potential issues and has great follow up and I’m so happy to have made the switch.
