  From the moment I made the phone call to Ryan at Allstate, I knew I was in good hands. The level of customer care was superb. Talking through my quote was easy, transparent, and understandable. I felt extremely comfortable with purchasing the policy.

  I am so appreciative of the staff here. They really go out of their way to answer questions, explain things and treat you like you are important to them. Excellent people and good service every time!

  I have been with Allstate for many years, but left due to rate increases. They continued checking in with me throughout the time I was insured else where to compare rates. After roughly 1 year, they were able to save me money again on both my policies without losing any coverage or increasing deductibles. They were upfront and not pushy as we navigated the process of switching back to them. I take my reviews seriously and will update if things change, but as of right now I give Ryan, Kenny, and Allstate 5 stars. Thank you!

  You are not in good hands with local agent ryan. There’s no point of signing up with this local agent since “there is an Allstate app.” Any billing discrepancies or doubts about your insurance? Use the mobile app, don’t call the office. Horrible experience especially when they answer the call and put you on hold instead of speaking to their clients as they are suppose to. I’ll leave a screenshot of just one unproductive conversation and waste of time. Allstate overall sucks. Go with Progressive.
