I actually HATE calling, and will usually avoid it whenever I can, or pray I get someone other than him when I call. I've dealt with 3 different Allstate agents over the 20+ (accumulative) years I've had Allstate insurance. He's by far the worst. I'm still with Allstate, because Allstate in general has been good to me, and my family over the years. I would highly recommend Allstate as a company, but I'd avoid this office/agent if you can.
