- SHSeth HansenDec 26, 20251.0I’ve had ongoing issues with the Allstate office in Tooele, Utah, under agent Debra Harris. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, and voicemails are rarely returned. In 2024, I switched insurance providers and requested cancellation. While my auto policy was canceled, my homeowners policy was not. As a result, Allstate continued collecting escrow payments for nearly two years without my knowledge, causing an escrow shortage and an increase in my mortgage payment. I’ve been bounced between the local office and Allstate corporate, experienced dropped calls, and received conflicting information. Even an Allstate corporate representative noted they could not reach this office. Very disappointing service.
