  Allstate has been the worst experience of my life. They didn’t tell me my roadside and my regular policy would be on two separate dates. I thought it was fixed so they were together and it wasn’t. I made my payments thinking all was well and broke down ON MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY 50 miles from home and come to find out it was cancelled. For supposed lack of payment. Even though the money was paid monthly I thought was paying everything. They claimed they sent me invoices and I never received a single one. And then I’m told they can reinstate it but then I can’t use it for 72 HOURS. By then my car will be towed for being on the side of the road and everything will be gone. I should NEVER have switched. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting this company! If I could give zero or negative stars I absolutely would!

  Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to changes in my policies. There was a bizarre accounting problem with my mortgage escrow account that I worked on for over a year with Allstate directly. After switching to Jose Landinez, they followed up on the issue and were able to get it resolved, ie. I got my money back. When I needed a windshield replaced, they were happy to find a window company and get the appointment scheduled.
