  We switched our home and vehicle insurance over to Allstate and were pleasantly surprised by the better rates we received. Melissa was very helpful and walked us through everything step by step.   I was so impressed that the agents at Rich Davis reached out to me to tell me about a policy that was more comprehensive than what I had and would also save me money.   I was in dire need of insurance for my car having spent all day with my former provider on the phone with no success. I walked across the street in a last attempt to get my insurance in place although it was just past closing time. Luckily Logan was there and as he was closing up and leaving I pled with him to get my insurance and he said okay. I was in and out in 25 minutes and with my affordable low rate insurance in place just in the nick of time. Maybe I was lucky but really I think it’s just the type of service that you can expect to have when Allstate goes the extra mile to ensure that you are in good hands.

  I had to make a policy change and was greeted by Elisha Blade on my phone call. I’ll begin with “what a pleasure speaking with her”. Elisha was professional, patient, and represented Allstate quite effectively. As she addressed my policy change, she suggested things which were beneficial for me while also improving my insurance coverage and protecting myself. Elisha also helped determine who I could speak with concerning automobile warranty and extended coverage. I’ve been with Allstate for decades, and Elisha demonstrated why. There may be some savings which can be made with other insurance companies, but I have been provided with the very best coverage and customer service by Allstate. Elisha reminded me why I’m a loyal Allstate customer. She made my customer experience ama ing.
