I’ve been assigned to her for the past few years and she Never responds to emails or anything. My online requests for moving etc never gets changed or accepted. I always have to call the after hours people to get help. Which they do help. But so frustrating. Every other agent has been fantastic and the coverage you get is great price for what you get.
