  I just want to share my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with this agency. On 1/19/26, 9 days of being a new customer with M&M insurance, I called to ask if I could get evidence of insurance sent over to the lien holder of one of my vehicles on the policy. Since it wasn’t done yet. I spoke to a person by the name of Sara or something to that. I asked my friend (former insurance agent) to help me and we were all on the conference call together. I asked if she could talk to him so that he could explain what it was that I needed. She said she could only speak to him with my consent. So I gave consent. She asked for my policy information to verify my policy but repeatedly asking for the same Information over and over. My friend ( my former insurance agent) asked if she has the policy pulled up but didn’t answer him because if she did she would see the information she was asking for repeatedly. She said she need to put me on hold while she reached the policy but not knowing that while I was on hold she didn’t mute the call. I could hear her asking someone what to do and what to say and where to see the information. When she came back on the phone she said she’s stilling looking for the policy. Ask again to be put on hold. When she came back my friend ( former insurance agent) asked her if she had my policy pulled up and if she understood what it was I was needing her to do, she said she will only to talk to me because I’m the policy holder. She wouldn’t address him even though she had my permission to talk to him also as we are all on speakerphone.She said that the policy was noted and that someone will take care of it later. She didn’t have the lien holder information nor which vehicle it was. My friend ( former insurance agent) asked if it could done now so that I know it’s done. She replied she can only talk to me. I asked if there was someone else another insurance producer I could talk to clearly seeing that she wasn’t able to help me or knew how to help. She replied she can take care of it. Instead of BS ing her way thru just simply say she doesn’t know and could get someone to help with it. I asked if there’s someone else I could talk to and she ignored my question. In the end I said I will cancel my policy with them and go elsewhere. I’m a new customer and being treated this way with ignorance and being argumentative it’s the ideal way to keep customers not alone a new one. I requested thru Allstate customer service to have my policies moved to a different agency. Just a terrible experience for something so simple!!

  I have been with Hunsaker Insurance for several years. I switched to them from a competitor and have never regretted it. They are a great insurance company with the customers interest at the root of their business.
