- GWGlenna WilliamsOct 12, 20231.0Awful experience trying to cancel my policy here. I did everything I was supposed to and Clayborne ignored my calls and e-mails for weeks. When I finally got a hold of him, he confirmed he saw my email and would cancel my policy’s but then months later I found out he never did anything, he straight up just didn’t do his job. Luckily I was able to get help from a different agent at a different Allstate office and got everything resolved with my cancellation. I would not recommend getting insurance here, caused a lot of unnecessary stress and work on my part.

Not only is he honest and helpful, follows through and looks out for your best interest. AND he find the perfect insurance to represent, Allstate, we are in his hands and happy. After calling multiple days during various time when Clay was supposed to be in his office, my calls were never answered. Likewise, my message was neglected until I called once again and finally managed to get in contact with him. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Insurance is something that should be taken seriously. If you are looking for a dependable and reliable insurance agent I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
