- AAAaron AllanMay 2, 20251.00 if i could. Doesn't respond to emails or calls. Emailed to chat about the renewal coming up, but crickets. Found another agent at another company that was easy to work with and got me taken care of saving $200 a month. Would've worked with Clay, but it seems like he doesn't care or needs more staff to answer his calls if he isn't going to be available for long time customers.

After calling multiple days during various time when Clay was supposed to be in his office, my calls were never answered. Likewise, my message was neglected until I called once again and finally managed to get in contact with him. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Insurance is something that should be taken seriously. If you are looking for a dependable and reliable insurance agent I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
