  I love going through Scott Wells for insurance. He made sure to get us the best deal and even called us back a few hours later with an even better plan. Goes above and beyond in every way!

  Scott Wells and his office people have always been extremely helpful. Example : Once I was out of state trying to give information in order to get temporary plates. There was a communication breakdown between the DMV worker and me. I didn’t understand what was needed. Sarah, knowing the insurance lingo that I didn’t know, talked to the DMV person and got everything figured out. Her actions were above and beyond. There have been many other local situations where I’ve had questions. Calls are answered immediately and answers are given.

  I highly recommend Scott as an agent. He is extremely friendly and gets things accomplished quickly and does not leave anything unturned we recently just joined and I am very glad that I switched to Allstate and having an agent like Scott has made it even better.

  I have been with Allstate for many years. They have always treated me well, in particular, Scott Wells my current agent, is fun to talk with and very helpful. Even when I was hit while on my bike (hit and run) they had some money for me literally the next day to start getting my bike repaired. It might be the case that you could find a lower price on one policy or another, but he is always looking for the best options and cost for me. The service I have received is worth putting all my policies together.

  We have employed Allstate for all our insurance needs for many years. When we have had to file a claim, Allstate has always honored their commitments in every sense of the word. We will never go anywhere else regardless of probable or perceived cost savings. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. Allstate all the way!!
