  “Allstate- you’re not in good hands” Worst team I’ve ever worked with. Not only does your bill go randomly up (don’t even bother trying to argue it either they have an excuse for EVERYTHING!) I wouldn’t recommend autopay for that reason. The employees I’ve had the miserable experience of speaking with- Cathe (who avoids calls and dodges emails to avoid responsibility) Ashley who constantly has such a condescending tone and swears she never gave you incorrect information, and others who literally can never “find” notes It’s exhausting working with such incompetence. It’s astonishing to see the 5 star reviews because I’ve never had the pleasure of enjoying a five start experience. This team isn’t worth the headache. At all. Try State Farm or something else.

  Cathe Cook has truly been a blessing for me. From the very first conversation, she made me feel understood and taken care of. She didn’t rush me or talk in confusing insurance terms—she really listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect car insurance plan. Anytime I had a question, Cathe was right there, patient and kind, making sure I felt comfortable and confident. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients the way she does. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone who wants an agent they can trust.

  This is the worst agency you could ever work with. My experience with this agent, Cathe Cook, was extremely negative. From the start, I found her communication inconsistent, unreliable, and often dismissive. The constant turnover in her office made everything feel chaotic and unprofessional. In my interactions with her, she came across as insincere and more focused on getting paid than actually helping me. Based on the way she handled my situation, I did not feel I could trust her or depend on her to follow through on what she promised. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Cathe or her office to think twice. She will destroy you and you will be just another number to cold call.

  Working with this company has been the worst experience ever. I do not recommend working with them at all. I had been a loyal customer for years. My payments constantly changed for no reason. I had to constantly fight to lower. I emailed 2 years ago to see if they could help lower and they were completely rude and acted like they didn't care. This year I have finally changed companies after asking again to see what they could do for me. They told me I had a great payment already basically. Even though many other companies offered much lower. It seems like they only offer a new customer discount then after don't do anything but increase. And now as the cherry on top. I have canceled with them they mailed my refund back to me and here I am a month later with no refund... I have called over and over with no call back or help. I finally had to call the customer service line and someone helped me right away. They are very messy and also confused my account MULTIPLE times. I spoke with Cathy herself and she didn't even know I had a HOI with her. Said I didn't have paperless when I haven't received mail from them in years. They have truly been so frustrating to work with, I would be very cautious going with them.
