  If insurance agents were superheroes, Melissa Jenkins would definitely have a cape - probably made out of super affordable policies. Working with her feels less like dealing with insurance and more like having a very knowledgeable friend who just happens to save you money. Melissa has managed to keep my rates low while also explaining in a way that makes sense. She is patient and thorough and always makes sure we know exactly what we're getting - solid coverage and even better service. Honestly, I didn't think I'd ever describe an insurance experience as "pleasant" but here we are. If you want someone who knows their stuff, keeps your wallet happy and won't leave you confused, Melissa Jenkins is the one.
