  Michael was the person I talked to About my insurance very helpful very caring. I’ve been meaning to do this for a long time to change insurance just didn’t want to go through it. He made it very easy. He’s very kind. I was very happy with everything about the experience thank you, Allstate and Michael.

  My claim has been going on almost 2 years. I was told it would be a 1 or 2 week job. Instead it has been a mess and the perfect fixes just made more damage. Trying to sell my home but it looks terrible. Always cleaning up after workman. Never had so much aggravation!! I have been w alllstate for at least 2 decades. How does this happen? I dont feel i am in good hands. All promises but nothing is ever done. It is exhausting!!!
