- PWPreston WoodMar 14, 20261.0I really miss when Joyce ran this branch. Everything went smoothly and the customer service was actually great. Since Matt took over, we’ve had multiple issues. One of them was a completely wrong credit card attached to our account, which led to almost a $1,000 mistake. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is the lack of effort to fix it. Instead of trying to help resolve it, we’re being treated like the problem is somehow our fault. It’s honestly really disappointing. If they can’t even get something as simple as the correct number on an account, it makes you wonder how you’re supposed to trust them to handle things when you actually need them during an accident or emergency. I definitely wouldn’t use them again, and I’d strongly recommend looking somewhere other than Allstate.
