  I have really great auto coverage with a low monthly cost! When I call allstate I never have any issues. The person on the other end of the phone is always happy to help and very polite! I do try and tell people about how awesome you are and hope you guys have a lovely day!

  Best Agent we’ve had for both Home and Auto. We had a water damage claim and Matt and his team responded fast and proactively - our damage was repaired quickly and it was zero hassle to file the claim. Anyone looking for a solid agent should look no further than Matt.

  I spoke to Rocio on the phone 6/30 because my auto payment was set to come out even though it’s always been on the 5th. She canceled it and told me she would set it up for the 5th next month. I clarified with her asking if that meant the 5th of August. She verified that. Fast forward to yesterday she called me to go over a policy renewal and had said the payment was set to come out today(7/30). I told her that we spoke last month that she was suppose to set it up to the 5th. She has no recollection or notes on that and proceeds to tell me if I don’t pay it, my policy will cancel. After going in circles for 15 min I ask for Matt to call me. No call. Left a voicemail for him. No call. I called today and got him on the phone. Explained what happened and he says there is nothing he can do and begins to argue with me, saying I should have followed up with his employee to make sure she changed my auto pay to the 5th. He says there are no notes to back up what I am saying and that he needs to speak with Rocio and make sure what I’m saying is true. I explain to him that as a customer he has failed me and I have slipped through the cracks and now have to deal with my insurance being cancelled for their mistakes. He continues to argue with me, mansplaining billing periods to me, saying he needs to take make sure what I’m saying is true with rocio. Took no accountability, no apology and no desire to fix the issue. I told him he can go back and listen to that call on 6/30 and when it shows what I’m saying to be true he can personally call me and apologize. Stay far away from this agent and this location. They talk out of their rear ends, mansplain and argue with you on their failures. If I ever talk to that Matt person again and it will be too soon. Edit: Reading the responses on the bad reviews on here shouldn’t be too surprised about their combativeness and argumentative attitude.
