  I really miss when Joyce ran this branch. Everything went smoothly and the customer service was actually great. Since Matt took over, we’ve had multiple issues. One of them was a completely wrong credit card attached to our account, which led to almost a $1,000 mistake. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is the lack of effort to fix it. Instead of trying to help resolve it, we’re being treated like the problem is somehow our fault. It’s honestly really disappointing. If they can’t even get something as simple as the correct number on an account, it makes you wonder how you’re supposed to trust them to handle things when you actually need them during an accident or emergency. I definitely wouldn’t use them again, and I’d strongly recommend looking somewhere other than Allstate.

  I don’t know where to begin! I’m very thankful to have Braedon as my agent. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He is a very genuine person and establishes a good friendship w his customers and truly cares to make sure they’re covered and protected all while giving the best prices! I switched insurance companies and not only did I save money but got a WAY better coverage compared to my previous insurance! You can’t beat that!!! - Samantha S.

  We switched to Allstate almost a year ago and they have been awesome. Matt Stevenson is great to work with and very helpful and professional. I’ve had to file an auto and personal claim and Allstate made it very easy for us. I highly recommend Matt and All State.
