I have been charged too much multiple times and had to go through the bank to get refunds more than once. I recently had a charge for almost $1000 for a policy they claimed I signed up for over a year ago. I have no idea what they are talking about. I would not recommend these guys ever if you can avoid them. *update* we are now well over a week since the refund has been “issued” so far, nothing.*see attached photo* I have spent hours on this having to fix their screw up for no reason. This is by far the most incompetent business I’ve ever had to deal with. Also they have replied to this comment claiming they are happy they’ve been able to issue a full refund. As you can see in the email, no funds have been issued yet. This is a perfect example of what it’s been like dealing with these people.
