I wanted digital correspondence and he would not reply. I called Allstate directly they canceled my policy. I was owed 3 months of coverage. Do NOT use.

- PMPatrick MickelsenOct 18, 20195.0Kraig got back to me pretty quickly and changed my coverage to the $100,000 PIP. My wife is still hurting. After going to the ER and the first few treatments, the PIP is exhausted. Now we have to fight Allstate for coverage. I’m not happy about the situation, but Kraig admitted he made a mistake (we all make mistakes sometimes) and stepped up to the plate. I respect that even though I’m not in a great situation right now. updating my review will help to moderate my previous rating. I rated him right after I found out I wasn’t covered the way we had agreed.
