The insurance I had then had some type of clause that my broker needed restated, and my insurance company was not responsive at all. I scrambled to find new insurance so I could lock in my rate. Within less than half an hour, Tera and her crew had called, even spoke with my broker about what he needed, and to top that off, she also saved me about $100 on my home owners' and close to $20/ month on my auto insurance for the same exact coverage I was getting else where. Even more recently, I sold my old car and bought a new one, and it was super easy to change vehicles on my policy. I haven't had to file a claim yet (knock on wood I won't need to), but I am really happy with the price and the coverage as well as with how friendly Tera and her crew are.
