  After a morning of being bombarded with phone calls from other insurance representatives, Eliza felt like a breath of fresh air, she sent me direct quotes to review and let me know she was available to answer questions if I had them. No pressure was felt, great service!

  State farm is updating their system and the agent here told me I have 2 days to pay or my policy will be canceled. I paid my bill 2 weeks prior which the agent did not add my renters policy to my cars. So because of her mistake I am liable and they did not offer any solution. The lady agent wrongly accused me of yelling and then hung up on me when calling her out for wrongly accusing me and making a mistake. The agents need more options for problems like this so it doesn't reflect on the customer.

  Absolutely wonderful very nice personality. You could see her smile through the text. She had a cute giggle and laugh and was very helpful and clear on everything we were doing.
