- STSR T4 days ago1.0State farm is updating their system and the agent here told me I have 2 days to pay or my policy will be canceled. I paid my bill 2 weeks prior which the agent did not add my renters policy to my cars. So because of her mistake I am liable and they did not offer any solution. The lady agent wrongly accused me of yelling and then hung up on me when calling her out for wrongly accusing me and making a mistake. The agents need more options for problems like this so it doesn't reflect on the customer.
