  We have been lucky to have been covered by Farm Bureau Insurance through the Bruce Jones Agency for the last four years. Our agent, Chase Westwood has gone above and beyond to make sure that our ever-changing insurance needs are met at the best possible premium. This company is very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with!

  We have been with Chase Westwood for a few years and have been very impressed. They have always been there to help us with accidents and rearranging coverage. He has checked in with us each year to assure we are getting the best rate and that all our assets are covered.

  Do not use this company. Multiple over payments on auto. Home insurance is a nightmare. The refunds come in with no word on what they are for. And even come in smaller amounts and in multiples. Which is vastly different than what their billing department had. (Totals after adding were the same.) Bruce proceeded to try and sell me life insurance after pawning me off to his lender friend when i came into his office asking why our mortgage went up $200. He thought refinancing would fix it. His staff was much more helpful when he wasn't around. Do not ever, ever, ever use this company.
