  Wow! Astonishingly frustrating experiences over and over and over again! I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years and the care and service from State Farm has definitely gone downhill, but that having been said, this is by far the worst insurance agent I have ever had!!! First of all, the actual agent is a complete, absolute no-show!!! Even when issues have come up that he needed to help with, he was in no way involved, including when my real estate agent (the one who referred me to this agent) called, there was NO response from the actual agent. Everything gets referred to the office staff. I have had automobile insurance with State Farm for so long that I was promised guaranteed renewability, but under this agent State Farm tried to cancel my insurance, and the agent was a no-show! His marginally qualified office staff finally got it turned around. They decided to cancel my house insurance because of a few curled shingles on the almost brand-new roof, and again, the agent was a no-show! After getting the shingles fixed by a professional roofer and sending pictures and a lot of hassle, they finally insured. Wouldn't it have been easier to just work together to get the roof fixed, if it needed it? And then there is the umbrella liability policy that I have had for many years without a single claim. They decided to cancel that, and my agent, true to form, was a no-show! The office folks just kind of blew me off when I tried to get more information about why that happened. Most recently I have been trying to get the total of premiums paid last year for tax purposes, and it is a bit of a challenge since I started with this no-show agent toward the end of the year and then had the cancelations and reinstatements of some of the policies, causing refunds and rebilling, and after several days they still can't give me a straight answer about what I paid to State Farm. They can't even communicate within the office with any degree of clarity. The office guy I talked to told another office person to send me the numbers, and she sent me the wrong year!!! Horrific!!! These do NOT seem to be competent people in any sense of the word!!!
