  Cam helped me get a great price on my policy for 2 full coverage vehicles. He was so helpful during the entire process. He made me feel like he actually wanted to help and was very personable rather than most insurance companies making you feel uncomfortable and pressured. He helped make sure we got the right policy for what we needed. He kept in great contact through the entire process. This was my first time starting a policy as my boyfriend has normally taken care of it in the past and I was nervous and didn’t know what I was doing but cam explained everything and made sure I understood everything! 10/10 recommend going to Cam to get your policy started!

  called AllStar office in Logan, thinking I was about to sit through the usual “insurance script.” Instead, I got Jonathan — who somehow made car insurance feel like a casual chat with a very knowledgeable friend who actually knows what they’re doing. He walked me through my coverage like, “Okay, this protects you, this protects your car, and this protects you from other people who can’t drive.” I appreciated that last one especially. 😂 No pressure, no confusing jargon, no trying to sneak in extras I didn’t need. Just honest advice, patience, and answers to all my “wait… but what does that mean?” questions. By the end of the call, I felt informed, protected, and slightly disappointed that all insurance calls aren’t handled by Jonathan. 10/10. If adulting had a customer service MVP, it would be him.

  I had a great experience working with Christopher Chaote at Allstate Insurance Company. Christopher is incredibly thorough and truly stays on top of everything. He follows through on what he says he’s going to do, makes the follow-up calls, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. What really stood out to me is how hard he works to find ways to save you money without sacrificing the coverage you need. On top of that, he’s personable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole process feel much less stressful. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who is reliable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping his clients, I highly recommend Christopher. He goes above and beyond.
