They’re slow to respond to calls and emails, and we submitted everything to cancel our policy, yet they’re still trying to charge us. They more than doubled our premium despite us having no claims or changes to our business, and we’ve now found better coverage elsewhere for less than half the price. The service has been slow and unprofessional at times.
